Abstract:
To provide a substance having high homologous conjugation activity, to provide a method for producing the substance, to provide a vector to be used for the above method, and to provide a transformant having high homologous conjugation activity.
The subject complex is produced by expressing a DNA encoding Xrcc3 and Rad51C or DNA encoding Rad51B and Rad51C and then collecting the resultant complex of Xrcc3 and Rad51C or the resultant complex of Rad51B and Rad51C. The 2nd objective vector containing the DNA encoding Xrcc3 and Rad51C or DNA encoding Rad51B and Rad51C is constructed. The 3rd objective transformant is obtained by enhancing the expression of the DNA encoding Xrcc3 and Rad51C or DNA encoding Rad51B and Rad51C.
