Abstract:
To provide an aqueous pharmaceutical composition suitable for long-term storage of polypeptides containing an Fc domain of an immunoglobulin, to provide a method for manufacturing the same, to provide a method of administration thereof, and to provide a kit containing the compound.
The pharmaceutical composition comprises a polypeptide of an extracellular ligand bonding part of a human p75 tumor necrosis factor receptor fused with an Fc domain of a human IgG1, and L-arginine with concentration enough to suppress coagulation of polypeptides.
