Abstract:
To provide a polyphenol-containing composition hardly presenting bitter taste nor astringent taste derived from polyphenol even when adding polyphenol presenting bitter taste or astringent taste to the composition.
The polyphenol-containing composition is obtained by using both of polyphenol presenting bitter taste or astringent taste, and sucralose. The sucralose is added at 0.001-2 pts.wt. to 1 pts.wt. of the polyphenol.
