To provide a polypropylene resin composition excellent in close adhesion to a coating film and gloss keeping property during usage, while keeping strength characteristic and molding property, and a bumper fascia therewith.

This polypropylene resin composition contains a crystalline polypropylene component having a weight average molecular weight equivalent of polystyrene of 75,000-85,000, an elastomer component having the weight average molecular weight of 240,000-250,000, and an inorganic filler, and the ratio d of the weight average molecular weights of the crystalline polypropylene component to the elastomer component is 0.30≤d≤0.34. The coating rate by the elastomer in the surface layer of 5 μm from the surface is 80-90%. This bumper fascia is manufactured with the polypropylene resin composition.
