Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polypropylene resin composition composed of a specific block copolymer, a copolymer rubber, an OH-containing PP oligomer and an inorganic filler, having a specific baking temperature and excellent adhesivity, rigidity, heatresistance, appearance, etc., and suitable for exterior trim of automobile, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective coating composition having a baking temperature of ≥130°C is composed of (A) 15-92wt.% of a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer, (B) 5-40wt.% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, (C) 1-15wt.% of an OH-containing PP oligomer, e.g. an oligomer having a numberaverage molecular weight of 2,000-20,000 and an OH value of 10-50 and (D) 2-30wt.% of an inorganic filler (e.g. talc) having an average particle diameter of ≤3μm.
