Abstract:
To provide a composition capable of forming an optical film excellent in heat resistance and solvent resistance.
This composition for optical film contains a photoisomerizable aromatic compound and a polysilazane. It is favorable that the compounding ratio of the photoisomerizable aromatic compound to the polysilazane is 10/90 to 90/10, and the photoisomerizable aromatic compound is a photoisomerizable aromatic compound having at least one hydroxyl group.
