Abstract:
To provide a polysiloxane-based compound which can obtain a cured film having excellent tackiness and has excellent developability and photocurability.SOLUTION: There is provided a polysiloxane-based compound which contains at least: a constitutional unit (A) derived from a silane-based compound (A), which is at least one selected from the group consisting of tetraalkoxysilane and bis(trialkoxysilyl)alkane; a constitutional unit (B) derived from a silane-based compound (B), which is at least one selected from the group consisting of alkyl trialkoxysilane, dialkyl dialkoxysilane, cycloalkyl trialkoxysilane, vinyl trialkoxysilane, and phenyl trialkoxysilane; and a constitutional unit (C) derived from a silane-based compound (C) having a radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond, wherein the compositional ratio calculated from the following expression (1) is larger than 0 and less than 0.1. (In the expression (1), MA represents the number of moles of the constitutional unit (A), MB represents the number of moles of the constitutional unit (B), and MC represents the number of moles of the constitutional unit (C)).SELECTED DRAWING: None
