Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-preventing agent comprising a polytetrafluoroethylene containing polymer blend which does not show a self- adhering property and has a freely flowing property.
SOLUTION: Particles obtained by wholly or partially sealing the particles of a polymer comprising the group of polytetrafluoroethylene derivatives with a polymer or copolymer obtained by polymerizing an emulsion-polymerizable monomer or monomer mixture is used as the drip-preventing agent. The polymer blend contains no polytetrafluoroethylene polymer filament forming a net-like structure connecting the particles of the blend to each other.
