Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a polytetrafluoroethylene powder for a binder for an electrode, a binder for an electrode, an electrode mixture, an electrode and a secondary battery, in which it is possible to minimize the generation of gas inside a battery cell and deterioration in battery characteristics, and to increase electrode strength. The polytetrafluoroethylene powder used in the binder for the electrode has a standard specific gravity of 2.200 or less, and substantially includes no moisture.
