PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyunsaturated fatty acid for use in treatments of cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory field diseases.SOLUTION: There is provided a lipid compound represented by the formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvent thereof, a solate or prodrug of such salt. The compound represented by the formula (1) is used in therapies, especially therapies for treatments of diseases related to cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory fields.
