To provide a polyurethane foam which has a reduced surface friction resistance, a good fusibility without sacrificing the physical properties of the polyurethane and its laminate.
The polyurethane foam is obtained by mixing a polyurethane foam powder having an ester bond with a polyurethane raw material containing a polyol having an ester bond, a polyisocyanate, a foaming agent and a catalyst, reacting the polyol with the polyisocyanate and expanding the reaction product. The powder is larger than the width of the skeleton constituting the cell of the polyurethane foam. The amount of the powder mixed is not less than 3 mass pts. and less than 15 mass pts. to 100 mass pts. of the polyol. Laminated sheet material 10 is obtained by fusing sheet 11 of the polyurethane foam and cover material 13 by means of frame lamination.
