Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam having durability, impact absorption property and resilience at same time and further flexibility.SOLUTION: A polyol component is polytetramethylene ether glycol having number average molecular weight of 300 to 3000, average functional group number of 2 to 3 and average hydroxyl group value of 50 to 200 mgKOH/g, a polyisocyanate component contains i) an isocyanate group terminal prepolymer having number average molecular weight of 500 to 2000, average functional group number of 2 to 3 and isocyanate group percentage content of 3 to 10 mass% and ii) modified MDI having isocyanate group percentage content of 25 to 33 mass% with a ratio of 97/3 to 80/20, NCO index is 0.9 to 1.1, compressive permanent set measured according to JIS K 6262 is 20% or less and flexibility is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
