PURPOSE: To provide a polyurethane paint composition having excellent weather resistance, flexibility and chemical resistance, resistant to thermal yellowing and suitable for the coating of automobile body, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 0.005-10wt.% of a bivalent tin compound (e.g. stannous 2-ethylhexanoate and stannous acetate) as an anti-yellowing agent to (B) a blocked isocyanate produced by blocking the isocyanato group of a polyisocyanate (e.g. isocyanurate- type polyisocyanate) derived from aliphatic and/or alicyclic diisocyanate (e.g. hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate) with an oxime compound (e.g. acetone oxime).
