Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin-coated pigment water dispersion which is excellent in adhesion to a base material by coating a pigment with a polyurethane resin, and is stably dispersed with time.SOLUTION: A polyurethane resin-coated pigment water dispersion (R) is a water dispersion of a pigment (P) in which a pigment (P0) is coated with a polyurethane resin (U), where the polyurethane resin (U) contains polyol (A) selected from the group consisting of polyester diol (A1), polycarbonate diol (A2) and polyether diol (A3), aliphatic diisocyanate (B1) and/or alicyclic diisocyanate (B2), and diol (D) having a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylate anion group as essential constituent monomers, and the content of the total of the carboxyl group and the carboxylate anion group based on the weight of the polyurethane resin (U) is 4-80 mg/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
