Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet having a weight-average molecular weight and a glass transition temperature in specific ranges, excellent in handle, flexibility and low-temperature characteristics, useful for a tacky tape, etc., controlling conditions in every reaction processes.
SOLUTION: A crosslinking agent and a catalyst are added to a solution of a urethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group at the end obtained by reacting glycol with diisocyanate and moisture is added to the solution to give a coating solution. The coating solution is applied to a film and reacted and solidified in a humidifying and heating atmosphere to give a partially cross- linked sheet having 0.2-1.0 mm thickness in which a polyurethaneurea has 200,000-500,000 weight-average molecular weight calculated as polystyrene measured by a liquid chromatography method and has a glass transition temperature.
