PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having excellent storability and giving a coating film having improved adhesivity to an electrodeposition coating film, water resistance, and chipping resistance, by adding an adhesivity imparting agent obtained by mixing a blocked isocyanate and a polyamide at a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl chloride plastisol composition obtained by compounding 100pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin with 1W30pts.wt. of an adhesivity imparting agent composed of 1 equivalent of a blocked isocyanate and 0.5W20 equivalents of a polyamide. The composition forms a protective vinyl coating film even to a part which cannot be heated in a baking oven above 120W130°C, e.g. the under-surface of an automobile floor, a wheel housing, and the lower part of the circumference of an automobile body. The blocking agent of the blocked isocyanate is pref. the one which partly initiates the dissociation at 100W190°C. pref. methyl ethyl ketoxime.
