Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin compsn. having proper free flow properties and suitable for use in powder molding, by blending microballoon with a paste polyvinyl chloride resin.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. paste polyvinyl chloride resin having an average particle size of 0.2W50μ, 20W200pts.wt. microballoon having an apparent specific gravity of 0.01W0.8 and an average particle size of 1W2,000μ such as "Shirasu" balloon or perlite, 20W100pts.wt. plasticizer such as phthalate ester and other additives such as stabilizer, pigment, etc., are dry-blended together at ordinary temp. W100°C by using a Henschel mixer or a ribbon blender.
