PURPOSE: To provide the titled molding which can fully adsorb an odorous material without causing changes in the external shape of the molding and consistently emits the odorous material over a long period of time, by incorporating the odorous material in a porous cellulose molding having a void content of a specified value or above.

CONSTITUTION: A porous molding is obtd. by incorporating an odorous material (e.g. an aromatic or a volatile mothproofing agent) in a porous molding mainly composed of cellulose acetate (pref. one contg. hydroxyl and acetate groups and having a degree of acetylation of 44W60%) having a void content of at least 30%. The molding can contain a large quantity of the odorous material adsorbed thereby without causing changes in the exernal shape of the molding and can consistently emit the odorous material over a long period of time.
