Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a porous film having a specific pore diameter and specific pore volume and also having excellent softness by monoaxially stretching a film obtained by melting a polyolefin resin composition containing a filler.

CONSTITUTION: A high-density polyethylene resin is mixed with calcium carbonate as a filler with stirring in a mixer and further with a liquid polyhydroxy saturated hydrocarbon with stirring. The mixture is molded by inflation molding to form a film. The film is monoaxially stretched by a roll drawing machine to obtain a porous film having an average fine pore diameter of 0.05W5μm (measured by a mercury porosimeter), a pore volume of 0.1cc or more per unit volume (1cm3) of the film, a moisture permeability of 500g/m2.24hr, and a rigidness of 35mm or more in both longitudinal and transverse directions of the film, which is used in every field.
