Abstract:
To prepare a porous film that slightly elongates, has rigidity, is wound and suitably used as a separator to be stored in a battery.
This porous film comprises a resin composition composed of an amorphous thermoplastic resin having 10°C-200°C glass transition temperature Tg and a filler having 0.1-50 μm average particle diameter. The film forms voids by orientation. An amorphous polyethylene is used as the amorphous thermoplastic resin and an inorganic compound comprising barium sulfate and calcium carbonate is used as the filler.
