Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous material high in fine pore volume and thermal conductivity and a manufacturing method of the porous material capable of manufacturing such porous material.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a porous material containing at least one of metal and metal carbide and carbon having a heat treatment process of heat treating a metal organic structure containing ion of metal selected from a group consisting of Fe, Ni, Co and Cu under non-oxidation atmosphere at 800°C to 1000°C and the porous material has a peak derived from a graphite structure in a range of 2θ=24 to 28° in an X-ray diffraction using Cu-Kα ray, ratio of strength of G band of a Raman spectrum to strength of D band of the Raman spectrum G/D of 1.05 or more and fine pore volume of 0.39 cm/g or more and containing at least one of metal and metal carbide and carbon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
