To provide a porous oxide film which has a desired crystal structure and has suitable voids, a cell of a fuel cell using the film, a fuel cell stack, and the fuel cell, as well as provide a manufacturing method of the porous oxide film and the cell of the fuel cell.
This is the porous oxide film comprised that ultra fine particle materials in which the particle size is 10 nm to 3 μm and in which the particle size distribution is within a range of 0.2 M to 3 M against the median particle size M are film-formed by means of a gas deposition method (GD method). This is the fuel cell wherein an electrolyte layer is formed by pinching with an air electrode layer and a fuel electrode layer, and wherein at least one electrode layer is the porous oxide film. This is the fuel cell comprised to use the fuel cell stack. The porous oxide film is film-formed by means of the GD method of spraying and accumulating the ultra fine particle materials on the base material via a nozzle. The particle stream velocity of the ultra fine particle materials is made to be 3 to 300 m/sec.
