Abstract:
To provide porous particles that can improve the penetration of a composition for topical application to the horny layer.
This invention relates to individualized porous particles, characterized in that they have a volume-average diameter of less than or equal to 10μm and a specific surface area of greater than or equal to 1 m2/g, and in that they comprise at least one cosmetically or pharmaceutically active compound at least present inside the particles. Particularly, the particles are used for transporting and releasing the active compound to every pilosebaceous gland unit.
