Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous plate capable of preventing foam formation on a liquid surface and having a liquid filling nozzle excellent in liquid blocking property, and a liquid filling device for performing liquid filling to a container with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A porous plate disposed in the vicinity of a discharge port of a liquid filling nozzle and suppressing drop of liquid during stop of filling, has plural penetration holes for penetrating from one to the other surface of a base material. When surface roughness (Ra) of the base material is equal to or more than 0.1 μm, and a half value of difference of a maximum value and a minimum value of inner diameters of the penetration holes in a depth direction, is B, a ratio of thickness T of the base material (B/T) is equal to or less than 0.15.
