Abstract:
To provide a porous resin sheet for a piezoelectric/pyroelectric element having a high piezoelectric rate and excellent piezoelectric performance, and to provide a method of producing the same.
In the method of producing a porous resin sheet for a piezoelectric/pyroelectric element including a charging process where the inside of a bubble is charged by performing electron beam irradiation processing or corona discharge processing on a porous resin sheet, the charging process is performed in a state where a cover layer having a capacitance index X of 0.2 or higher is laminated on one or both surfaces of the porous resin sheet. Capacitance index X=(dielectric constant of cover layer εr)/(thickness of cover layer d[μm]).
