Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain porous sheet excellent in the strength of sheet, sealing properties and the like by a method wherein moisture-permeable region, which is made only of moisture-permeable sheet portion, and moisture-impermeable or low moisture-permeable region, which is made of moisture-permeable sheet and moisture-impermeable portion, are arranged alternately in multiple rows.
CONSTITUTION: The porous sheet concerned 4 is produced by locally laminating moisture-impermeable or less moisture-permeable sheet made of specified composition (b) on the top surface of moisture-permeable sheet made of another specified composition (a). In this case, moisture-permeable region 4A, which is made only of the moisture-permeable sheet portion, and moisture-impermeable or less moisture-permeable region 4B, which is made of moisture-permeable sheet portion and moisture-impermeable or less moisture-permeable sheet portion, are arranged alternately in multiple rows. The specified composition (a) consists of 50-40 pts.wt. of filler and 0.1-20 pts.wt. of softener to 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin- based resin. On the other hand, the other specified composition (b) consists of 0-40 pts.wt. of filler and 0-10 pts.wt. of softener to 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin- based resin.
