Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sheet excellent in strength, especially both of tear strength and tensile strength, and excellent in performance as a separator for electrochemical element.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous sheet containing a cellulose fiber having average fiber diameter of 20 to 500 nm, a cut fiber having average fiber diameter of 1.5 to 20 μm and a hydrophilic polymeric binder and having the content of the cut fiber of 1 wt.% to 80 wt.% based on total weight of the cellulose fiber and the cut fiber and the content of the hydrophilic polymeric binder of 5 pts.wt. to 30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of total weight of the cellulose fiber and the cut fibber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
