Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous structure and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A porous structure includes an aluminum oxide (for example, alumina) containing at least one of fluorine and a phenyl group. For example, the porous structure may contain alumina containing fluorine, or alumina containing the phenyl group. A production method of the porous structure includes: a step of preparing an aluminum precursor containing at least one of fluorine and the phenyl group; a step of mixing the precursor in a solvent to prepare a precursor solution; and a step of forming the porous structure from the precursor solution by a gelling process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
