PURPOSE: To obtain a porous urethane resin composite material which is uniform and flexible, is freed from uneveness of color and is improved in hydrolysis resistance and durability by forming a specified wet-process porous polyurethane resin film on a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A polymer polyol compound comprising 30-80wt.% polyether polyol, 10-40wt.% polycarbonate polyol and 5-40wt.% polyester polyol and having a number-average molecular weight of 40000-200000, an organic diisocyanate compound and optionally a chain extender are dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a polyurethane resin solution of a resin concentration of 10-60wt.%. This solution is applied to a substrate 1 and wet-coagulated to form through a skin layer 2 a wet-process porous polyurethane resin film 2 having cylindrical pores 4 having a mean pore diameter 5 of 20-150μm and having ages substantially vertical to the substrate 1.
