Abstract:
To provide a port injection valve which can reduce a PN amount.SOLUTION: An injection hole shape of a port injection valve mounted to an intake port of an engine is set so that a value indicating a change of a PN amount to be discharged which is calculated according to the number of injection holes, an average value of distances between centers of fuel sprays injected from the adjacent injection holes in a constant position from a tip part of the port injection valve, and an average value of distances between the tip part and positions in which the fuel sprays collide with the intake valve or a wall face of the intake port reaches a reference value or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
