To provide a portable air foot rest with an air pump which prevents fatigue of the entire feet from being felt even if the portable air foot rest is used for a long time when a passenger takes a seat of an aircraft, and is convenient since the air pump to fill air is attached in air ports of the portable air foot rest.

Air ports are formed in a bag-shaped body by cutting a bottom face and a top face in a rectangular shape and cutting a side face in a V-shape, and the bag-shaped body is pressure bonded. Since bodies of the bottom face and the top face are swollen by the air pressure by filling air, air holes are opened while obtaining supports in an air chamber to perform the pressing. The portable air foot rest is deformed in a V-shape by filling air. The top face of the portable air foot rest forms a V-shape of an inclined surface, and a gradually rising base is provided in which a calf part is placed on the inclined surface and a heel part and the entire sole are placed at the V-shaped deformed part. The portable air foot rest is placed on a floor, and required when filling air, and protects diseases by providing an air pump.
