PURPOSE: To realize a portable refrigerating/heating apparatus capable of easily storing food and drink while preserving taste for enjoyable meal by providing the apparatus with heat exchange means, which comprises a heat exchange member and a blowing member in the interior and a coupling portion in the upper part thereof, preserving means, which comprises a coupling portion for coupling with the heat exchange means in the lower part thereof, a preserving chamber in the interior and a lid at the upper part thereof, and means for opening/closing a passage to the preserving means.

CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchange case 1, a heat exchange member 11 for heat- exchanging the interior of a preserving case 2 is accommodated in the center of a protruding support member 29 to form a supply passage 12 at the upper part thereof for supplying heat-exchanged air to the preserving case 2. A blower fan 14 supplies and exhausts hot air heat-exchanged in the heat exchange member 11 to the inside and outside of the preserving case 2. Respective tip ends of the supply passage 12 at the upper part of the heat exchange member 11 and a withdrawal passage 13 at the lower part thereof are provided with support pins 12A, 13A, 13B and the like for opening and closing shutter members 21 of the preserving case 2. The preserving case 2 comprises a preserving chamber 2A for storing articles to be preserved and an openable lid 2B covering the upper part thereof.
