PURPOSE: To enable automatic assembly by satisfactorily fixing a quiet sound foaming sheet and a drum body panel by fitting the quiet sound foaming sheet inside the body panel of a rotary drum while utilizing pawls for fixture provided at both the end parts of the body panel.
CONSTITUTION: Concerning this clothes drying machine, clothes are put into the rotary drum supported so as to be freely rotated, and a drying operation is performed by hot air generated from a heat source. Concerning how to produce that rotary drum, first of all, a plastic quiet sound foaming sheet 3 is put on a planar body panel 18 and in that state, the foaming sheet 3 is sandwiched by pawls 20. Next, the body panel 18 is rounded with the foaming sheet 3 inside, front and rear drum plates are wound and fastened, and the rotary drum is produced. Since the relation between an interval I of the pawls 20 of the body panel 18 and a length L of the foaming sheet 3 is set to I<L corresponding to the state of a planar plate at such a time, the foaming sheet 3 is compressed in the rounded state just for the difference, force to be expanded outside is generated, and the foaming sheet 3 is automatically fixed on the body panel 18.
