PURPOSE: To provide a portable ball holder which can carry a spare ball without applying oppression and incongruity to the human body, and which the ball can be simply taken into or out from.

CONSTITUTION: A ball holder 1 incorporates a ball take-in and -out port 10, a ball holding part 20 and a belt insertion port 30. A ball holding part 20 is regulated by the stoppers 12, 12, 22, 22. The stoppers 12, 12 are flexible so as to regulate the ball take-in and -out port 10. The ball take-in and -out port 10 is exposed with an area which is less than 50% of the outer surface of a ball. The ball can be taken out by pushing the ball take-in and -out port 10 with fingers so as to widen the port 10.
