To provide a portable blower which is used for various applications such as prevention of oil stains on a wall surface behind a stove, and to provide a smoke cleaning device which can perform a cleaning process of cigarette smoke by using the portable blower as a negative pressure generation source.

In a portable blower, the blower is made portable and wind is blown out from one end of a surface of a casing, which surface faces an object to be latched, obliquely outward, so that the blower can be simply carried into any places, and for example, by using the portable blower while arranging it at a back plate of a stove and its exhaust port at the top face of the stove, lampblack is introduced by obliquely upward wind and is sucked by a range hood just above the stove. As a result, oil stains on a wall surface of a kitchen behind the stove can be prevented. A smoke cleaning device uses a fan of the portable blower as a negative pressure generation source of the smoke cleaning device, so that cigarette smoke is sucked into an airway, allowing a cleaning process to be performed. Therefore, smoking of smokers can be spread.
