To easily perform carrying by performing use as a shoulder bag as well by being collapsed as not to turn a carrying tool itself to luggage at the time of carrying relating to the carrying tool for easily carrying the luggage at the time of traveling and shopping.

A base 1 is formed by two plates, casters 3 are mounted to four corners on the back side of the base and holes 4 for passing through a rope are provided on the four corners of the base. A reversible bag 6 is mounted to the front side of the base by the rope 5 and a stopper 9 formed by passing the rope through a ring 7 and a wood bead 8.
