The portable communication device comprises: a communication part which communicates with other communication devices; a position information acquisition part which acquires position information of the portable communication device; an audio output part which outputs a ringtone which notifies an incoming call from other communication devices; a storage part which stores alerting information related to an alerting region; and a control part which causes the audio output part to output a pseudo incoming call when it is determined that the position information of the portable communication device, which has been acquired by the position information acquisition part, is within the alerting region.
