The linear antenna 10 adopts center feeding and is a dipole antenna 1/2 λ in length, the length of the element 12 above a feeding section 11 is reduced in a form of a helical coil, and an element 13 about 1/32 λ in length from the feeding section 11 and an element 15 about 1/32 λ in length from an element 14 apart by about 1/16 λ nearly in parallel with the face of the enclosure opposite to the human body are placed nearly perpendicularly to the face of the enclosure opposite to the human body.
