To reduce local electromagnetic wave ratio absorption ratio (SAR) in a portable radio communication terminal.
The portable communication terminal is provided with a conductive member 22 arranged around a display 20 and grounded by a grounding part 26, and a dumber sheet 24 containing magnetic substance arranged on the conductive member 22. In a cellular phone 1, a point (hot spot) where high frequency power becomes high exists near the display 20. Moreover, since there is a speaker of which the illustration is omitted near the display 20 and a user listens to voice of a communication partner by bringing an ear contact with the speaker, the SAR becomes high. Since the magnetic substance is mixed in the dumper sheet 24 containing magnetic substance here, high frequency magnetic fields near the display 20 are concentrated and absorbed. Moreover, surface current near the display 20 is suppressed. Thus, power of the hot spot near the display 20 is reduced. Thus, the SAR of the cellular phone 1 at the time of a telephone call is reduced.
