The cooling device 13 being a weight object consisting of a heat radiation plate 21 and a cooling fan 16, etc., is placed on the projected part 22 between the projected part 22 formed by projection towards the inner side in the lower part Y of the outer case 15 and the recessed part 28 formed by projection towards the inner side in the upper part X of the outer case. Thus, the cooling device 13 is permitted to resist the shock from the outside and also the rigidity of the cooler box 1 at the time of carrying it is increased.
