To provide a fixing function to keep the cover in the close state and keep evenly respective right and left distances of the cover and the cover- fitting part, by forming projections stretching from the upper side to the lower side at the respective side faces contacting both right and left side faces of the cover at the cover-fitting part in a box ease body.
Wedge-shaped projections 26 widened from the upper side to the lower side are formed at respective side faces 22 contacting the right and left side faces of the cover 3 of the cover-fitting part 23 of a box case 21 to which the cover 3 is fitted through hinges 24 so as to open or close it. In this way, the cover 3 is kept close in the state that both right and left sides of the cover are caught by the right and left projections 26. And further, since respective distances at both right and left side faces of the cover against the cover-fitting part 23, in the closed state can be made even, the appearance of the portable cooler box for cosmetics or the like can be improved.
