To provide a safety and general purpose portable cooling device capable of easily separating a refrigerator and a cooler in a manner to be convenient to carriage of it with a user, and reducing pollution of the atmosphere due to a refrigerant as much as possible.
In the cooling device to cool a space to be cooled by utilizing compression and expansion of a refrigerant, a cooler is separated from a refrigerator having other apparatus than the cooler. The cooler is situated in a space to be cooled and the refrigerator is located in other place than the space to be cooled. An inlet and an outlet respectively provided with an automatic opening valve are mounted on a connection part between the refrigerant circulation circuits of the cooler and the refrigerator and intercoupled through a pressure resisting flexible pipe having a one touch coupler with an automatic opening valve removed through one-operation-action.
