Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter with successful operability and a small load to a worker.SOLUTION: One end of a connection hose 64 is connected to a cover side hose attachment part 63 provided on a cover 61 and the other end thereof is connected with a coupler plug constituting a coupler 10. Thus, water is poured to the inside covered with the cover 61. The coupler 10 becomes freely rotatable in a vertical direction (vertical direction in a drawing 3). Thus, since an attachment angle of a water pouring hose 100 in the vertical direction becomes free even when a cutter 1 is rotated in the vertical direction, an operation for rotating the cutter 1 in the vertical direction can be smoothly performed.
