In a cutting direction, an inclined position fixing body 11 is elected from the front portion of a base 10 and an inclined plate 26 is rotatably provided on the base. The front end of a saw cover 24 of a circular saw body is connected to the inclined plate 26 through a rotating pin 27. By rotating the inclined plate, the circular saw body is rotated to change an angle of a saw blade against the base. The inclined plate is arranged opposite to the inclined position fixing body 11 on which an inclined position of the inclined plate is fixed with a fastener 30. The fastener is provided with a screw part 32 screwing down the inclined plate by piercing through a circular-arc oblong hole of the inclined position fixing body and a surface pressing part 33 having a lever 31 mounted on one end of the screw part, the inclined position fixing body is pressed at the surface pressing part and a tilt angle of the inclined plate is fixed. An abutted face of the inclined position fixing body abutting upon the pressing part comprises an inclined face 11A.
