Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cutting machine capable of improving the operationality thereof when working by solving the problem generating in adoption of a brushless motor.SOLUTION: A portable cutting machine 1 is provided with: a housing 3; a brushless motor 4 which is housed in the housing 3 and has an output shaft 5; a cutting blade 2 rotation-driven by the output shaft 5 of the brushless motor 4 to cut a workpiece; a base part 7 which is provided in the housing 3 and has an opening 6 formed to protrude the cutting blade 2; and a handle 8 provided to the housing 3. The handle 8 is provided between the brushless motor 4 and the cutting blade 2, and a high gravity material 33 is provided on the output shaft 5 of the brushless motor 4 in the side opposite to the cutting blade 2 rather than that of the handle 8.
