Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable cutting machine that can be placed stably without bringing a saw blade side into contact with a placing surface.SOLUTION: A handle soft member 33 is mounted to an outer face of a handle 30 to be held by an operator, and housing soft members 28A and 28B are mounted to two upper and lower positions on an outer face of a motor storage part 22 so as to protrude to a left side. The handle soft member 33 is formed integrally from a connection portion of a rear end part of the handle 30 and a housing 20 to the periphery of a battery holding part 27. Thus, the handle soft member 33 and a housing soft member 28C are integrated. According to the above configuration, by grounding the housing soft members 28A, 28B, and 28C, a cutting machine 1 can be placed onto a flat ground stably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
