To provide a delivery system for a liquefied petroleum gas container, which designates delivery timely and appropriately and guarantees efficient delivery in a wide area.
The delivery system generates daily delivery data at each depot, that is, the total of data on the kind and number of gas cylinders delivered toward each depot from a charging place and data on the kind and number of remaining gas cylinders not delivered at each depot on the previous day, and generates delivery data classified by delivery persons in which the delivery data is assigned to each delivery person who is in charge of the delivery from the depot. The delivery system responds to access from a cellular phone of the delivery person and transmits the delivery data for the delivery person, and updates database in the delivery system based on work data at a customer home to which the gas cylinder has been actually delivered on that day and the data on the remaining gas cylinders not delivered. The delivery data downloaded by the delivery person is transmitted to a car navigation system, whereby the location of a customer home to which the gas cylinder is scheduled to be delivered on that day is displayed on a map. Thus, the delivery data is used as data that supports the delivery by the delivery person.
