The portable device holder 10 includes a suction device K which is sucked to the rear surface of a tablet being suction-target surface, and a turning lever 33 which is disposed in the suction device K and is hooked with a user's finger. The center of a suction surface 24 is separated from the suction-target surface operatively linked to the turning operation of the turning lever 33 and thereby the holder is brought into a suction state. The turning lever 33 is biased to a position away from a center axis 41 in a direction orthogonal to the axis. The tablet is held by hooking a user's finger in the turning lever 33 in the suction state.
