Abstract:
To allow an electronic device part of a transmission/reception device mounted to a portable device such as clock, etc., to be attachable/detachable freely to/from the portable device.
Two ends of an antenna coil 34 arranged inside a case 32 are connected respectively with two electric contact pads 58 and 59 provided around the outer circumference of a housing 48 which is combined with the antenna coil 34 and can house an electronic module 50 to transmit information or data. The electronic module 50 is provided with two electric contact terminals 56 and 57 which are brought into contact with two pads 58 and 59, respectively, when the module 50 is arranged inside the housing 48 to be held inside by a cover 52.
