Abstract:
The present invention prevents a vehicle control device from being fraudulently operated by an external tool. A portable machine (1) is provided with: a first signal generation unit (11) that transmits, in response to an input operation performed by a user, a first signal including a rolling code (31) and a function code to a vehicle control device (2); a second signal generation unit (12) that transmits a second signal including the rolling code (31) but not the function code to the vehicle control device (2) after the transmission of the first signal; and a code update unit (13) that changes the numerical value of the function code to a large numerical value or changes a code string of the function code to a subsequent code string, every time the first signal is transmitted and every time the second signal is transmitted.
